Thus, smoking is an issue of getting pleasure and that is why, usually, people who have to cease smoking, experience psychological discomfort, that usually get them back to smoking. Yes, they use different means, like plasters, chewing tabs or etc, which contain nicotine, that fill their organisms with this substance, but can’t substitute the lack of impression and relaxation, which smokers get from smoking process.
