Brazilian company to manufacture cigarettes in Cuba

Brascuba S.A, the Brazilian-Cuban joint venture, will in the near future begin manufacturing in Cuba of Brazil’s popular Plaza cigarette brand, mass media reported. Philip Morris Names Jacek Olczak CFO, Succeeding Hermann Waldemer

Tobacco firm Philip Morris International¬† on Monday said its Chief Financial Officer Hermann Waldemer has elected to take early retirement effective July 31. Waldemer will be succeeded by Jacek Olczak, with effect from August 1. Olczak is currently President, European Union Region.
