Steampunk smoking machine is the best anti-tobacco ad ever

Taunting those who are addicted to nicotine, the Smoking Machine will help rid smokers of their cigarettes. Its design helps individuals see the amount of tar and other contaminants they are putting into their bodies through smoking.

That aside however, the Smoking Machine is also an impressive steampunk creation. Designed by Norwegian artist Kristoffer Myskja, it perpetually smokes all your cigarettes, so you don’t have to.

With a design reminiscent of the works of the great Leonardo da Vinci, the Smoking Machine, which smokes cigarettes for you, could be the best “quit smoking” mechanism ever made.

Created by Norwegian artist Kristoffer Myskja, the all brass mechanism uses a set of electric-powered gears and an air valve to smoke an endless series of standard-sized cigarettes down to the filter, at which point a new ciggy is loaded. Although only an art piece at the moment, the real future of Myskja’s ingenious perpetual smoking device is probably in the realm of helping addicts quit the nasty habit.
